Rajan’s particular interests include business restructures, tax effective business sales and exits, advising on high value property developments, international taxation and resolving complex tax disputes with the ATO and state revenue offices. He is passionate about helping clients structure for success, protect what they have built and keep more of what they have earned.

Rajan is a Co-founder of Velocity Legal, a Chartered Tax Adviser with the Tax Institute and holds a Bachelor of Commerce, Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Master of Laws from the University of Melbourne.
