CRMs for accountants – what should we as accountants and tax agents look for in a CRM?

CRMs for Accountants

If you are an accountant or tax agent in Australia, chances are high that – if your practice is using a CRM – this CRM is either FYI or SuiteFiles.

The big question is whether this works for you as well as it should. And if it doesn’t work for you, what do you do?

Giving up on one CRM is one thing, but finding a better solution is a completely different ballgame. If not FYI or Suitefiles, what then?

There are Monday and Jira but they are very project management. There is Capsule, Hubspot, SwiftFox, Front, and hundreds of other CRMs. Trialing them all takes a lot of time.

The thing is FYI and SuiteFiles are onto something. The combination of email, task and document management we need as an industry, that combination you don’t really get in any other CRM. The problem is the user experience with these two softwares. The clunkiness. The constantly trying to find info that should be just one click away, but takes over 20 clicks to find.

So in this episode we look at alternatives to FYI and SuiteFiles and how to go about it.
